Anaesthesia Machine CIVIC:
MNE Optima Anaesthesia Machines with exclusive Nitrous Oxide locking system has been developed in consultation with number of Anesthetic & emphasis has been given on the highest level of ATIENT SAFETY Keeping in view the objectives of successfully fulfilling the day to day essential Anaesthesia needs & requirements of the actual user.
INTEGRATED SAFETY FEATURES :-
Unlike the limitations of other Nitrous Oxide Lock Systems where presence of supply pressure of oxygen at cylinder level is sufficient to allow flow of Nitrous oxide through its Rotameters.LCPâISF works as a true Fail-Safe System as it allows flow of Nitrous Oxide only in presence of oxygen at Rota meter level ,locks the flow of Nitrous Oxide in the absence of flow of oxygen through its Rota meters.
THE APPARATUS :-
Construction: Tubular Rigid Steel Section, Powder Coated.
Self for Ventilator: Sufficient space provided at the top level of lower drawer to place ventilator.
Table Top: Guarded Table Top Provided with a stainless Tray.
Instrument Tray: Top Tray Provided at eye level for keeping Monitoring Equipments.
ROTAMETERS: 230 mm long accurately calibrated rotating bobbin flow meters.
Oxygen: 100 ml/min to 8 LPM
Nitrous Oxide: 200 ml/min to 12 LPM
Halothane/Ether VAPORIZER: The Vaporizer of Eather or Halothane is supplied as standard accessories.
EMERGENCY UNIT: Emergency oxygen flush button is provided at the back bar & guarded to avoid accidental passing. FLOW RANGE: 35LPM calibrated at 60 PSI (+5%,-5%)
PATIENT CIRCUIT:- Standard Magill s Circuit consisting of Bag Mount 01 No corrugated Hose -01 No. Angle Mount -01 No., Catheter Mount -01 No., Face Mask -01 No., Rebreathing Bag -01 No., Key Spanner -02 No., Compact Yoke-4 pcs (2 O2 & 2 N2O).
OPTIONAL:- Circle Absorber System: Twin Canister Circle Absorber System is provided with Swiveling facility. Canisters & inspiratory valve have quick fit Tapper fitting with Rubber ring for leak proof seal & easy maneuver ability. Bag Mount & APL valve Assembly have swivel arms for easy accessibility.
